In a truly hedonistic spirit, my personal and professional life decisions have often revolved around food, wine, and the conviviality they bring. I trained as a Food Scientist in Friuli, Italy, and my love of wine was inevitably shaped by the area’s viticultural heritage.
Although my love for Italian wine is undeniable, moving to the Okanagan in 2018 opened the doors to a more international wine experience. I completed WSET 1, 2, 3, and obtained the French Scholar and Canadian Scholar certificates.
By day I work as a Quality Manager for one of the largest Canadian wine companies, and my evenings and weekends are devoted to Eclectic Tastes. If I am not hosting a guided tasting, I am visiting wineries, researching wines for my clients, or testing new recipes in my kitchen.
